HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SERVICES TO BOOK IN FOR?
A visit to the salon can be challenging to navigate with custom colour, hair and scalp treatments, retexturing styling etc. it can be easily confusing. We provide a variety of basic services as well as a variety of add-ons to really create a personalized experience to get you to your hair goals. We encourage all new guests to book an in-person complimentary consultation to give you an accurate idea of what your appointment will look like.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT TO BUDGET FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
Budgeting for your appointment can be a sensitive topic for both the stylist and the guest. We offer simple maintenance appointments to full transformative processes. Prices listed online are starting at cost and can vary depending on the complexity of service and stylist the services are booked with. We highly recommend an in-person consultation to determine your expectations, maintenance and budget. The majority of the time we are able to achieve your goals over several smaller appointments, using a variety of techniques that can be cost effective.
WHAT IS OUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We require 24-hour notice to change, move or cancel pre-booked appointments. A cancellation fee will be applied if changes happen within 24 hours of your reservation. We do understand life happens so any changes due to extreme circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Can't commit that far ahead? We are always happy to recommend calling the day of, and we usually are able to accommodate.
HOW DOES YOUR GUARANTEE WORK?
Our goal is that you are satisfied with the services and experience while you visit Base Salon. To ensure that a thorough consultation is required for each appointment. If for any reason your expectations are not met, we encourage you to reach out as soon as possible to discuss options. Any concerns that have lapsed the 1 week after the appointment will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
HOW DO I FIND THE SALON? PARKING?
We are located at 10108A 124 street. There is free dedicated parking for the building behind the salon. There is also city paid parking south of the salon along 101 avenue.
